American Nurses Association Needs Your Input on Safety Issues |

ANA wants to quantify nurses’ interventions in
preventing errors by capturing information about nurses’ knowledge
regarding near misses. Nurses’ confidential responses will be used
to inform colleagues and hospitals of strategies to make patients
safe. The questionnaire, which can be submitted anonymously, may be
found at www.nursingworld.org/patientsafety/misses.htm.
