Maryland
State
Emergency Nurse of the Year 2011- Lynn Brown
Congratulations to Lynn
Brown, RN, CEN who received the Maryland ACEP Emergency Nurse of the Year
award at the 2011 Annual Maryland ACEP Education Program. While Lynn
currently serves as the Maryland ENA State Council Treasurer, she has served
as a delegate to National ENA, been actively involved in multiple State and
local ENA projects and committees and has held multiple offices in the Metro
Baltimore Chapter of MD ENA. Lynn
has been an emergency nurse for more than 22 years and still has a passion
and joy from the work she does. She is a “can do” person and is
willing to accept leadership roles in her workplace and within ENA.
She truly exemplifies the role of Emergency Nurse of the Year with her
collegiality and professionalism while providing quality, family focused and
patient centered care.
