Nomination for Emergency
Nurse of the Year
Each year, we take the time to consider our
professional emergency nursing colleagues and honor them with a
nomination as the Maryland Emergency Nurse of the Year. We ask for your
assistance and participation in the selection process for one
nurse who deserves to be recognized.
Nominations will be collected
by the Md. ENA State President, until December 31st, of each
year. The nomination form should be emailed to the Md. State ENA
President at
president@mdena.org.
The first Md. State Meeting for the new year,
information on the nominees will be presented to the attendees with the
identifying names blocked. A vote will be taken to determine the
winner. Once determined, the Md. ENA State President will notify the
Maryland American College of Emergency Physicians in writing and the
presentation of the award will be made at their conference in the
Spring.

ENA Point Sheets
Maryland ENA
Point Sheets are used by members to document points earned throughout
the year for various activities. Each year, these point sheets are
completed and mailed to the Point Sheet Chairperson who reviews them and
determines the representative delegates who will be chosen for the
National ENA General Assembly. This decision is based on the those with
the highest number of points from each chapter.
Maryland ENA Point
